In 2021, we opened The Cottages, one-bedroom and studio apartments. Our Courtyard Independent Living apartments have larger floor plans. Both offer full kitchens, washers and dryers on each floor, and reserved parking. Seniors can customize their homes with their own furniture or choose our fully furnished options.
Assisted Living
Our Assisted Living apartments, The Casitas, offer 24/7 care for seniors needing assistance with everyday activities. We tailor our comprehensive wellness service to each individual’s needs. Our skilled nursing personnel is available day or night to help residents with fast, qualified assistance. We offer daily assistance, including meals, transportation, dressing, laundry services, medication management, and bathing. The Casitas at Casa de Modesto Retirement Center are studio rooms decorated with the resident’s furniture or fully furnished.
Memory Care
Our Memory Care offers those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s a secure, compassionate environment. Connections Memory Care at Casa de Modesto Retirement Center provides the highest quality memory care where seniors can live an active and productive life. Our personalized memory care ensures residents have a safe and structured environment. Studio apartments for memory care residents have private bathrooms and are decorated with the resident’s belongings.
Skilled Nursing Care
Our Skilled Nursing Care provides short or long-term care for those recovering from surgery, accident, or age-related illnesses. We offer skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, and physical therapy to take care of our seniors. Healthcare at Casa de Modesto Retirement Center’s DelMar E. Myers Care Center includes nutrition management, post-op care, diabetic care, hospice, physical therapy, and more. After a health and wellness evaluation, we create a customized care plan for seniors needing memory care. We give priority admission to our Independent and Assisted Living residents at Casa de Modesto.
In-House Rehabilitation Unit
The main goal of our In-House Rehabilitation at Casa de Modesto Retirement Center is to return each patient to their prior level of healthy living. Our professional staff of occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech pathologists work together to help seniors thrive. These services are offered to our residents and seniors with a doctor’s prescription for rehabilitation on an outpatient basis after injury or illness. We provide speech and respiratory therapy, diabetic care, wound care, stroke and cardiac care recovery, nutrition management, and more.
